Jerash 2007

The Jerash 2007 performance by Nadi Al-Jeel Al-Jadeed brought
The ancient Roman stage back to life with the ferventness of
Its Circassian folkloric music and dance like never before.
Forty five buses, holding 50 passenger each, arrived at the
Southern stage of Jerash on August 8th.
The 80 dancers of Al-Jeel Al-Jadeed
Performed in front of an audience that exceeded 5000 viewers
Storming up the amphitheater with waves of chants and applaud.
The 12 beautifully crafted dances ranged from Qafa, being the
First, followed by Lakory, Chechan, Wedj, Daghestani, Knights
Dance, Qashwa Psntsha, Zaghathat, Abkhazi, Zapawen, Wedj Hash
And finally to the last special dance entitled Al-Jeel Al-
Jadeed dance that ended with an expressive finale followed by
Fireworks that lit up the stage with excitement and pride.
The press was impressed by the extravagent performance, where
AlRai, Aldostor, AlArab AlYoum and AlGhad covered the news of
The great success of Nadi Al-Jeel Al-Jadeed.

Al-Jeel Al-Jadeed club AT U.S.A

The CBA is announcing a fund raising event to be held at Passaic County Technical Institute. The event, entitled "The HOPE", will feature cultural dance performances by Jordan's own Nadil Jeel and the CBA's Narts Dance Ensemble. Proceeds from the event will go toward funding the purchase of the new land recently acquired by the CBA. Please help support this cause by attending and spreading the word. Thank you.
